The Discovery tool
Discovery is a read-only, client-side scanner that you run against your own Microsoft 365 tenant. You are responsible for ensuring you're authorised to sign in to the tenant you scan. The tool makes no changes to your tenant. Results are provided "as is" without warranty of completeness or accuracy.
The assessment form
Submitting the assessment form does not create a client relationship. Any engagement is formed only by a separate signed agreement.
Intellectual property
The website, guides, and tools are © Passbeck. You may not reproduce them commercially without permission. Upon full payment, deliverables produced under an engagement are licensed to the client as agreed in that engagement.
No warranty
The site and tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't warrant that they're error-free, secure, or continuously available.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Passbeck is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of this website or its tools.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
